It would be very helpful to include a default implementation for the breadcrumbs implementation in a trait users can drop in and use if applicable |

How could that be accomplished? The interface only provides some methods, where custom links and names are returned, what would a default implementation do in that case? |

Office 365 allows and requests breadcrumbs to be specified (see CSPP UI Guidelines), for which support is added in this PR.
